(“Renesas Yamagata Semiconductor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Renesas Electronics, to Sony Semiconductor Corporation (“SCK”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Corporation (“Sony”, TSE: 6758) as of March 31, 2014.
