The Cedars-Sinai Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute is hiring  for a Research Nurse II position in the Bone Marrow Transplant Research Group.

This position has primary responsibility for all activities associated with clinical study coordination, including subject recruitment/enrollment, study coordination, data management/integrity, grant expenditure adherence, regulatory compliance, project/study evaluation and subject interfacing. Serves as liaison between nursing staff, the Principal Investigator, other research personnel and the study participant. Assists with education of junior staff. Has general oversight of research portfolio as it pertains to the clinical coordination of the studies.

Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year clinical nursing experience (Oncology preferred). At least three additional (3+) years of research nursing experience. Knowledge or research nursing practices, clinical expertise, and research compliance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Demonstrated commitment to quality service and care, team work, and CSMC goals.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree

License/Certification/Registration Requirements

Valid California RN license. Current BLS (Basic Life Saving Certificate) and CCRC/CCRP (Certified Clinical Research Coordinator/Professional) certification from ACRP or SOCRA, required.
