RETTEW CFO Greg Young Finalist for Annual CFO of the Year Award in Central Pennsylvania. He was nominated for his precision and dedication as the company grew significantly.

Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States., March 15, 2013 - (PressReleasePoint) - RETTEW announces the selection of Greg Young, chief financial officer, as a finalist in Central Penn Business Journal’s annual CFO of the Year Awards.
 
RETTEW President Mark Lauriello nominated Young for his character, commitment and financial prowess.
 
“Greg is a quiet force behind the financial strategy and excellent management of our business,” Lauriello said. “Without him we would not be where we are today as a company.”
 
During his time as CFO, Young has managed RETTEW’s financial services department, supporting operations for 11 offices and more than 400 staff members. His team implemented a new financial data management and reporting system company-wide, finalized new accounting and financial processes and procedures, and transitioned the company’s fiscal year-end to a calendar year basis.
 
RETTEW has nearly doubled in staff size since 2010, tripled annual revenue, and expanded into five new states with different financial reporting models and compliance regulations. Young and his team have managed each significant shift with precision.
 
Outside of RETTEW, Young also has served with the Rothsville Volunteer Fire Company Station 24 since 1986, holding roles such as captain and deputy fire chief.
