Rich Brawley Joins Timmons Group as a Regional Manager of Stormwater Services

Richmond, VA – March 18, 2014 – Timmons Group announced today that Rich Brawley has joined the firm as a Regional Manager of Stormwater Services.  He will be located in the firm’s northern Virginia office in Ashburn.  As a licensed Professional Engineer, Rich has 27 years of experience managing all aspects of water resources engineering and environmental services projects.  This includes MS4 program development and implementation, regulatory compliance and permitting, watershed management planning, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stream assessment and restoration, stormwater management design and water quality assessments.

“We are very excited to have Rich Brawley join the Timmons Group Stormwater Team,” said Drew Gould, Principal of Stormwater Services at Timmons Group.  “Rich’s experience and contacts in Northern Virginia will be a great addition to our Stormwater practice.  Under his leadership, we expect to grow our local government stormwater practice in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland.”

Rich is a civil engineering graduate of Pennsylvania State University.  He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Virginia Lakes and Watersheds Association.
