The RightThing ® Recognized as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Leaderby The Outsourcing Institute
March 18, 2013 — Findlay, OH —The RightThing, LLC, a leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider, today announced that it has been named among the “Top 10” RPO providers on The Outsourcing Institute’s first annual RPO customer satisfaction survey. Overall results will be published in the April 2013 edition of Human Resource Executive® magazine and providers will be recognized with awards at the upcoming IQPC® 13th HR Shared Services & Outsourcing Summit taking place May 13-16 at the Hotel Sax® in Chicago.
This confidential client survey was conducted to provide buyers with insight into some of the key criteria used by clients of RPO providers to evaluate and select an RPO partner. The survey examined the components of RPO in terms of solution delivery, value for fees, general-service capabilities and provider understanding of client needs. Rankings were determined on the statistical analysis of the surveys.
Recognized earlier this month on Workforce Management magazine’s “RPO Hotlist,” a collection of the industry’s leading providers, The RightThing has been consistently recognized for its industry leadership and customer satisfaction as well as its ability to scale and implement quickly to help meet critical hiring needs on a global basis. Now as part of ADP Inc., the combined organizations offer an even more compelling value proposition for clients looking for a full range of total talent solutions.
“Our successful client partnerships are the driving force that has enabled us to be a top provider for so many years and we are proud to be recognized,” said Terry Terhark, Divisional President of The RightThing. “This honor further validates The RightThing and ADP’s consistent dedication to work as a true partner with clients, set industry standards and deliver unmatched service.”
