Overall results will be published in the April 2013 edition of Human Resource Executive^® magazine and providers will be recognized with awards at the upcoming IQPC^® 13^th HR Shared Services & Outsourcing Summit taking place May 13-16 at the Hotel Sax^® in Chicago.

This confidential client survey was conducted to provide buyers with insight into some of the key criteria used by clients of RPO providers to evaluate and select an RPO partner. The survey examined the components of RPO in terms of solution delivery, value for fees, general-service capabilities and provider understanding of client needs. Rankings were determined on the statistical analysis of the surveys.
