Porter brings decades of experience in both business and law to the firm as well as a strong track record of success in non-profit entities. His career highlights include the distinction of being one of the youngest attorneys ever to argue and win a case before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Carson Porter joins the firm as partner in Rimon's healthcare, mergers and acquisitions and non-profit practice groups. He argued and won the first case to be heard by the Medicare Provider Reimbursement Review Board and acted as the lead counsel on five Medicare appeals filed on behalf of the Kentucky Hospital Association and its member hospitals.

Mr. Porter offers a rich background as both a lawyer and business leader. Most recently as an attorney, Mr. Porter was Counsel at Arent Fox in Washington, D.C. He also possesses deep business leadership experience, having served as CEO of 3 private companies, one of which had more than 2,500 employees. Mr. Porter has also been active in the non-profit world, having served as an Officer and Director of several national and regional organizations.

Carson Porter is a founder of YPO Healthcare Focus Forum, which after 20 years, boasts more than 100 active members who are CEOs of healthcare business entities.
