On the heels of establishing a New York presence with the hiring of ex-Sutherland senior attorney Robin J. Andrea Cohen joins Rimon from Morrison & Foerster LLP. Previously, she has practiced with Cooley, Godward, Kronish LLP and Nixon, Peabody LLC, and has served as counsel for dozens of private equity investment firms, institutional investors and start-up companies. At Rimon, she will continue her significant focus on clean energies and related sustainability technologies, as well as her deep relationships in the venture capital financing landscape with both companies and their investors.

Ms. Cohen received her Baccalaureate degree in Philosophy and Art History from Boston University, her juris doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, and an MBA degree from Northeastern University Graduate School of Business.
