Rimon P.C. Expands Law Practice in D.C. Metro Area with Addition of Partner Phillip Quatrini

Rimon P.C., an international corporate law firm, announced today that Phillip Quatrini will launch a Rimon office in Tysons Corner, Virginia, and will join the firm’s start-up and technology practice groups.

For more than 15 years, Quatrini practiced with the Washington, D.C. office of Bryan Cave, where he was a member of the Transactions, Entrepreneurial and Technology, and Corporate Finance groups. He formed his own firm, Quatrini Law, in 2010.

“When you work for a big law firm, you often work with a client at just one phase of its life cycle,” said Quatrini. “I left ‘biglaw’ so that I could work closely with a select number of clients – representing them throughout their life cycles, from startup to maturity to exit.”

Quatrini has represented companies in a wide range of industries, including the banking and financial services, cable television, healthcare, hospitality, government contracts, radio broadcast, software and telecommunications industries.

He has significant experience forming and structuring privately held corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and nonprofit entities – including limited liability companies with multiple preferred equity structures.

In addition, he has played a lead role in structuring, negotiating, documenting and executing a wide variety of growth-related transactions.

Quatrini is an active member of the Business Alliance for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, The Executive Forum, the TelecomHUB and The National Center for Employee Ownership. He is also a member of the American Bar Association (Committee on Mergers and Acquisitions), the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association.

Quatrini earned his law degree with high honors in 1994 from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in Washington, D.C. He holds a B.S. in economics from Penn State University, where he was a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity.
