Growth Propelled By Increasing Market Demand For PIM and MDM Solutions

HOUSTON TX - March 13, 2013 — Riversand Technologies, a worldwide provider of Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, today announced the expansion of its executive team with the hiring of Dale Erker as Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Rusty DiNicola as Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Visweswarababu (Vishy) Vallamkonda as Vice President, Engineering.

Dale Erker joins Riversand as Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing with a seasoned track record as VP of Strategic Industries for SAP as well as Group Vice President for Manugistics. Prior to this Erker had a long career with IBM.  He will oversee Riversand’s global sales and business development as the company continues to penetrate new markets worldwide.

Rusty DiNicola joins Riversand as Senior Vice President, Global Operations.  He brings over 20 years of experience in building organizations and delivering a variety of solutions to clients in multiple industries. Over the last 12 years as a Vice President at Quorum Business Solutions, he served in a number of roles including building and leading the Shared Services, Business Intelligence, and Upstream Delivery Practices. Prior to Quorum he was at PWC and EDS. At Riversand, he will help the executive team to further develop and carry out the company's 2013 business objectives, which include continued increased revenue, the formation of new partnerships, the acquisition of new clients in diverse markets and the delivery of products and support services.

Vishy Vallamkonda joins Riversand as Vice President, Engineering with 18 years of results-oriented experience leading product development initiatives, teams and complex global projects at multi-national organizations, including Bluecoat Systems, Novell and EASi Technologies.
