A renowned expert in her field, she is a highly sought after speaker and writer, and has been instrumental in driving the growth and innovation of her agency. Neifield proudly represents Montgomery County as one of five businesswomen highlighted in the region.
In 1996, Neifield co-founded NetPlus Marketing with business partner Denise Zimmerman, with the mission of helping savvy business leaders and marketers create Internet strategies to reach and motivate their audiences online. NetPlus has been a leading proponent of digital marketing in Pennsylvania, working with hometown companies AstraZeneca, Aramark, Toll Brothers, Deb Shops, Right Management, Independence Blue Cross, Chase, Barclays, Charming Shoppes and Rita's Water Ice. NetPlus has given Philadelphia marketers a national spotlight through its industry recognition from top tier media outlets including Advertising Age, iMedia Connection, ClickZ, Fortune, NY Times and Mashable.
Neifield's career boasts a legacy of innovation and leadership, as she was one of the first to launch an online membership network in the travel industry, and co-founded the Internet Business Alliance. The IBA, a non-profit member organization dedicated to bringing business leaders in the Philadelphia region to educational and peer forums, was designed to equip business leaders with the necessary understanding of the Internet to grow their business. She also serves on the Advisory Council on Interactive Media and Measurement for TNS Media Intelligence, a leading provider of strategic advertising intelligence. An alumnus of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Neifield funds the scholarship for a MBA marketing student, and was recently appointed to the Kilts Marketing Steering Committee, a prestigious group of CEOs and CMOs from top global companies, who influence the school's marketing approach, research and curriculum.
A proud member of the Pennsylvania community, Neifield currently serves as First Vice Chair of the Board for the Pennsylvania/Jersey American Red Cross Blood Donor Services Chapter. In this role, she lends her marketing expertise to programs that encourage blood donation in Pennsylvania including leading a national, global effort to launch a Social Media Marketing Strategy directed to increase blood donations among college students. Within her company and the community, she is devoted to advancing women in business. Neifield previously held a position on the Board of Directors of the Forum of Executive Women (www.foew.com), where she was co-chair of the Forum's marketing committee. Founded in 1977, The Forum of Executive Women is a membership organization of 300 women of influence in Greater Philadelphia.
"It is a tremendous honor to receive this award as a business owner, wife, mother and member of the Philadelphia community," said Neifield. "I am delighted and proud that the Pennsylvania business community recognizes the achievements of its female executives and I hope that this award can serve as a symbol of the success of women in business here and across the country. I am thankful to have the support of my partners and colleagues, and am committed to continuing a path of success for NetPlus Marketing, and the digital marketing industry as a whole.
Now in its 14th year, Best 50 Women in Business is coordinated by the Department of Community and Economic Development in cooperation with five regional Pennsylvania business journals.
