Marshall Edwards, Inc., (the Company) is a subsidiary of the Australian pharmaceutical company, Novogen Limited.

The Company was formed to commercialize an important recent discovery in the oncology field - a new family of chemicals known as multiple signal transduction regulators.

This new family of anti-cancer drugs was discovered originally by Novogen scientists. The Comany was formed in order to provide a scientific and commercial focus for this new family of drugs.

The Company is dedicated to developing a number of these new drug candidates to become a new generation of anti-cancer therapies, to be used across a broad range of cancer types.

The first multiple signal transduction regulator drug, phenoxodiol, currently is in Phase III trials. A number of other multiple signal transduction regulator anti-cancer drugs are being developed.

Marshall Edwards, Inc., is listed on the Nasdaq market in the United States of America (Code: MSHL).
