Rosary Lakes Snowshoe Hike

Oregon Wild's picture
Experience the beautiful forest along the Pacific Crest Trail covered in snow as you trek to Rosary Lakes.

Level: Strenuous
Distance: 6 miles
Elevation Gain: 600 feet
Leader: Chandra LeGue
Location: Pacific Crest Trail, near Willamette Pass (carpools depart from Eugene)

The route to Lower and Upper Rosary Lakes along the Pacific Crest Trail is popular in the summer, but fewer experience this beautiful hike covered in snow! More typically a ski destination, we'll snowshoe the 3+ miles to the lakes from Willamette Pass - enjoying the forest, the lake view, and a fair bit of exercise. This snowshoe hike is for the physically fit and for those who have snowshoed a few times before.

RSVP here or below. Please be advised, hike date and location can change based on weather conditions.
