Roundbox Global Joins the Idhasoft IT Services Family

Roundbox to operate as a subsidiary of Idhasoft, expanding its education technology reach in the United States and abroad

Atlanta, GA – April 25, 2009 – Atlanta-based education technology and professional services consultancy Roundbox Global announced it was recently acquired by Idhasoft, a software products and IT services provider serving enterprise customers in the United States, Europe and Asia. Roundbox Global’s services focus on the business of education and will boost Idhasoft’s strategic consulting portfolio, which serves the Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Retail and Telecommunications industries.

Justin Beals, Roundbox Global’s founder and former CEO, will continue to direct the company’s education technology initiatives. Beals will serve as the Executive Vice President of Education and will work out of Roundbox Global’s Atlanta headquarters. Roundbox will operate as a subsidiary of Idhasoft and will continue to offer its consultancy services to its vast roster of education, publishing and enterprise clients.
