As of Dec 17,2010,China solar polysilicon price about 77-87USD/KG(average 82USD/KG) global solar polysilicon about 70-85USD/KG(average 76USD/KG), China local price still keep a high level and balance, global price drop a little about 1% than last week(Nov 29-Dec 5).China 125 mono wafer price started droping during Dec 6-Dec 12.from 20RMB/piece to 19+RMB/piece and we think it will drop to 18+RMB/piece fastly.while 156multi wafer and 156mono wafer still keep balance especially 156 multi wafer supply shortage may support its price. China local polysilicon price balance mainly because of 156 wafer price and shortage. solar cell price decreasing since Nov 1 2010 Germany reduce their subsidies current solar cell and solar module price also decreasing. 125 mono cell about 1.3USD/W 156 mono cell and 156 multi cell about 1.37USD/W module price are 190w (125mono) module price about 1.77USD/W 230w(156multi) module price about 1.84usd/w 245w(156mono) module price about 1.86usd/w. about global market price situation as following: solar cell price about 1.3USD/W drop 5% than last week, c-si module price about 1.68USD/w droped 3%,thin film module about 1.34usd/w droped 1.5% than last week. wafer price also droped 2.7% than last week. polysilicon price droped 1% than last week. we can see, cell decrease rate is highest, module second, wafer third, thif film fouth, polysilicon Global droped 1%,China balance. as solar cell module have decrease for about two months, we think China loal polysilicon will also decrease in about 3 weeks, that is to say,its price can keep balance before end of 2010, and Jan 1 2011 its price will decrease as the whole industry trend. as excellent achievement in 2010, most third part consulting companies think 2011 will not increase faster as 2010, QYResearch also think 2011 will not very rapid increase as 2010, but surely still increasing though Germany etc key pv countries reduce their subsidies, and China US Japan etc countries maybe fast development in 2011, especially China, according some experts saying, China local government has already planned published several large projects in 2011,maybe its total installed capacity reach or more than 1GW.so QYResearch think global pv installed capcaity will continue increasing in the coming years though its growth rate maybe less than 2010.

about wind energy industry, according QYResearch survey, China turbine and blade etc industry got good development in 2010 and 2010 wind turbine installed capacity will greatly increase than 2009, but some equipment market structure will be change in 2010,such as blade industry, top 5 manufacturers may change their positions in 2010. what is more, wind turbine tower flange electric control systems etc not few components still depend on imported market and some compoents still shortage such as blade raw materials. this is similar as solar industry of some assistance raw materials such as solar glass etc was shortage in 2010.and this situation will keep more than half of one year according some clients long term contracts with its downstream customers. but as serious competition, some products price decreased of their long term contracts.this also drived some products profit margin will decrease in the coming years. as of Dec 2010, China local has completed equipment industry chain development, and next step the whole wind energy industry should remove its wind power grid connection problem which is a key wind power waste problem in China local,and it was reported that there was some wind farm only about 30% power generation can grid connection and other 70% waste. so grid connection problem will be the next key problem of China local wind energy development. according QYResearch survey, China local operators have already completed second type wind regions developed and now mainly focus on third type wind resource regions and in 2010,1.5MW turbine owned more than 75% market share and single turbine average power more than 1.5MW in 2011, 2.0MW 2.5MW 3.0MW were started batch production and 5.MW turbine also offline in 2010. and according CWEA China offshore wind also will get good development in the coming 2011-2015 years. in a word, China wind power industry will still keep a high speed development in the coming years.
