RWA Business Consulting will be operating under Xynsys corporation

Xynsys has announced that they have signed a definitive agreement under which Xynsys will take over RWA Business Consulting Group of India a price of 1250.00 per share. The terms of the contract have unanimously been accepted by RWA Business Consulting. This merger is expected to more than tripple RWA Business revenue from services, furthering its standing as Business consulting in India for SME’s

The complete take over is expected to complete in the second quarter of calendar year 2009. Xynsys intended to reach the small and medium business segment in India and had a desire to enter into Business Consulting for Small and Medium Business enterprises. The new Business group will be branded as Xynsys.com, which will be headquartered in New Delhi, and branches across the globe.
Xynsys plans that the RWA Management team will continue to perform its operations in India even after the deal closes by Xynsys, In the new structure is very much clear. The HR practices and Consulting head will be Mr. Amitabh Sen, outsourcing division will be headed by Mr. Amit Saxena from Seattle office, Vijendra Kapur will remain to be the consulting head for SME’s. Amit Gupta and Aditya Khanna will be jointly handling the web solutions. Significant synergies are expected as a result of the combination. Not only this will increase the market share of RWA for business consulting in India but create a overall market for consulting in India.

Acquiring RWA also meets the objective of strengthening Xynsys consulting business. The specific service offerings delivered by the combined companies are: IT outsourcing, including, workplace services, data services, networking services and managed security; Business process outsourcing, including, financial processing health claims, CRM and HR outsourcing; applications, , modernization and management; including development consulting and integration; and technology services. The combination will provide extensive experience in offering solutions to customers in the areas of government, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, consumer industries, communications, energy, transportation retail.

The Xynsys is expected to go for a Venture capital for its existing projects and future interests in India. The JV is also a step stone to enter India’s SME Be it through the consulting route or by providing business solutions. Options are also open for the venturing into the local internet boom.
