New brand marks the company's continued expansion into influencer engagement for corporate events through social media rewards and gamification on fully branded event registration platforms.

Brookville, New York, USA, May 15, 2014 (PressReleasePoint) - Leading event engagement platform, Karma411, today announced that it has fully rebranded to Crowdster to better represent the full suite of platform features and future vision. Crowdster is the only event management solution that allows event organizers to turn fans into promoters through intuitive and automated features.

As social media and big data become paramount to event promotion and organizers have limited media budgets, the company is now offering a way to incentivize fans to promote events they’d like to attend.  The newly expanded solution integrates gamification and social sharing rewards onto a fully branded event registration platform. Upon registration, fans create personal pages representing the event, where they invite friends to attend and share their excitement on social media before, during and after events have occurred. In exchange for fueling more fan content, rewards are given for spreading the word on social media.

“Launching Crowdster is more than simply a new name,” said Crowdster CEO, John Murcott. “It represents a new era for the company with a product line expansion and a fresh way of thinking that is more aligned with our audience’s needs relative to today’s event industry. Our new name reflects the forward progression beyond social crowdfunding and simplified event registration. We're excited to bring more value to our customers, helping them reach goals organically as they give back to loyal fans who embrace social rewards and gamification.”

Along with a rebranded identity, an entirely re-designed experience has rolled out with more features released over the coming weeks at www.Crowdster.com. These new features will support and strengthen the platform’s offerings for event registration, ticketing, customized websites, mobile apps and real-time analytics.

“Crowdster helped our customers have an enhanced web and mobile experience that allows for quick and easy reservations and booking, including advanced trip and seat selections,” says Dave Mankoff, Vice President/Finance at Hampton Jitney. “Travel plans are simple to make and maintain with multiple interface options that meet their lifestyle needs.  The integration of platforms allows our varied customer base to identify new and expanded product lines, resulting in more online sales with less back office expense. Our employees can process customer tickets and payments in real time more efficiently and effectively.”

Over the past 3 years, Crowdster has added more than 600,000 participants in over 80,000 events from clients including Major League Baseball, Tiger Woods Foundation, Hampton Jitney and American Heart Association.
