Scottsdale’s Bungalow Bar & Grill Holds Kickoff Party for First Phoenix Cloocroo Event

Bungalow Bar & Grill will host the kickoff party for the increasingly popular Cloocroo game to be held in Scottsdale on February 18.

Scottsdale, AZ, February 03, 2012 -(PressReleasePoint)- Bungalow Bar & Grill will host the kickoff party for the increasingly popular Cloocroo game to be held in Scottsdale on February 18.

Cloocroo is a game played by teams consisting of 5 to 8 players who are given a map or guide that contains cloos. The map shows 10 bars that each team must identify using the cloos. Each team begins from a shotgun start at a different bar and the first team to correctly match every cloo wins the game.

The event kicks off at Bungalow Bar & Grill at 3:30 p.m. and will benefit a 7,000-mile cross country bicycle tour dedicated to suicide awareness.

“Cloocroo is sweeping the country and we’re very excited to be the kickoff spot for the first ever Phoenix Cloocroo event,” said Trish Clark of Bungalow Bar & Grill. “In addition to being a lot of fun, it will also raise money for a very good cause.”

Cloocroo was inspired by the Scavenger Hunt Bar Crawl concept in Portland, Oregon, and has developed into something much more creative for those who participate. The overwhelming response has led to charity events in Dallas and Laguna Beach, Calif., with an event scheduled for this spring in Charleston, S.C., and another this summer in Washington, D.C.

Bungalow Bar & Grill is located at 4360 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, just one block south of Camelback on the southwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Stetson Drive.
