SGS to Provide Construction Supervision for Raiffeisen Bank in Belgrade
In February 2013, SGS was awarded a contract to supervise construction for Raiffeisen Bank in Belgrade.
Serbia., March 4, 2013 - (PressReleasePoint) - In February 2013, SGS was assigned a contract to conduct construction supervision services to Raiffeisenbank Beograd, the Serbian branch of Raiffeisen Banking Group's Austria-based Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG.
SGS was awarded this contract by Raiffeisen Bank Belgrade due to the solid SGS reputation and respected references within the banking sector. SGS services are scheduled to begin in March and continue for twenty-four months.
The Belgrade construction project plans to build an 18,238.48 m2 structure consisting of a basement, ground floor, six main stories (A, A1, B, B1, C, C1) and an attic. The complex will include one hundred-eight apartments with a 9,499.11 m2 net sellable area, twelve retail outlets at an 832.14 m2 net sellable area and one hundred-forty-three garage units. The newly built facility will be erected on cad.
SGS will ensure that the project remains on time and on budget and meets all relevant regulations and quality standards.
SGS Construction Supervision Services in Serbia
Highly-experienced SGS specialists will provide professional construction supervision, specifically tailored to safeguard the successful completion of the Raiffeisen project. Based on the extensive experience of the personnel, SGS will effectively control and supervise every aspect of the Belgrade construction.
SGS independent third-party supervision services will provide Raiffeisen an experienced team of experts, placed on-site to effectively implement and execute the project plan in accordance with the international and national project management guidelines. Continuous SGS specialist supervision will keep the construction project on schedule, reduce technical risks and prevent construction errors.
SGS inspectors will certify the Raiffeisen project compliant to all relevant building regulations, quality standards and insurance company requirements. Furthermore, SGS experts will ensure that all work is in accordance with the specified technical documentation and the construction permit as well as produce and submit correct and complete declarations, documents and certificates.
SGS is strongly committed to the Belgrade construction project and already in constant communication and consultation with Raiffeisen representatives. SGS will carry out efficient cost reduction monitoring and reporting services to ensure Raiffeisen is a successful and profitable facility and protect the Raiffeisen investment.
