SHKP to Equip Imperial Cullinan with Top Armani / Dada SystemsWorld's First Residential Kitchen by Giorgio Armani

Sun Hung Kai Properties announced today that it has struck a deal to outfit its Imperial Cullinan development with top-quality kitchen systems created by Giorgio Armani and noted manufacturer Dada. Also present for the announcement were Dada Italy Sales and Marketing Director Giovanni del Vecchio and Giorgio Armani HK General Manager Brenda Shum, explaining their vision of the perfect homes that the project will offer.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Executive Director Victor Lui said: “Imperial Cullinan will be a rare seafront luxury residence in southwestern Kowloon and every detail will provide a luxury lifestyle. It will also be the first residential project with Armani / Dada kitchens in 17 special units at a total cost of HK$60 million, or HK$3.5 million per kitchen. The kitchens will be suitable for either a western or a Chinese lifestyle and will have ultra-modern Armani / Dada counters made of top-quality stone and Miele Gold Aurum home appliances, which are even more impressive than the Silver Argentum in Premium Cullinan.”

The Armani / Dada combination of two exquisite brands is so far only available in the Armani Residence serviced apartments in Dubai, and Imperial Cullinan will be the only residential project with the series.

The innovative Armani / Dada design makes the kitchen a welcoming spot that allows maximum use of space. The western-style kitchen combines textured bronze laminate and waterproof fabric, Brazilian Sukupira wood and stainless steel in a double-front open area, with one side close to the larder, cooking island and refrigerator and the other side facing the living space. The Chinese-style kitchen has bronze glass and high-gloss lacquer panels, and is equally luxurious and easy to clean. Dada is known for excellent after-sale service and will have a dedicated hotline for residents of Imperial Cullinan.

Imperial Cullinan

Imperial Cullinan is a new luxury residential project in a prime location at 10 Hoi Fai Road in southwest Kowloon. It will have a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour and will form a brace of waterfront luxury with The Cullinan, in an oasis of stylish living that provides a perfect counterfoil to the IFC and ICC commercial landmarks. The project will have six blocks containing about 650 first-class units, with standard units ranging from around 700 to 1,900 square feet in layouts from two to five bedrooms. The development will also have special harbour front units.
