To enroll, GSA card holders should register for an account on and identify they are part of the SmartPay program.  Any purchase made with a GSA VISA or MasterCard would then be qualified as tax exempt.

Even with this new feature on Shop3M, the current 3M government contract purchase process has not changed.  However, Shop3M now provides a way for government employees to make purchases in order to try new products or purchase items not on contract with the GSA SmartPay card.
