Signalman Publishes "The Goat of God"

Orlando Florida -- Signalman Publishing, a provider of e-books for the Amazon Kindle e-reader, announced it has released its first work of original Christian historical fiction for the Kindle. "The Goat of God", by award winning author Eugene F. Elander, is now available exclusively as an e-book for the Kindle.

"The Goat of God" tells the story of the original scapegoat, chosen to bear the sins of the Hebrew people at the very first Day of Atonement in the Sinai Desert as described in Leviticus, Chapter 16. The protagonist in the story, Zael, is changed from goat to human in order to bear those sins, finds that he cannot die while still bearing them, and is then tasked to record the Old Testament.

“It was so interesting for me to walk through much of the Old Testament with Zael, that I could barely put down this fascinating novel,” stated John McClure, president of Signalman Publishing. “This inspirational work of Christian historical-based fiction is a new genre for us, but I was very excited to have a chance to work with Eugene Elander in bringing his novel to the ever growing Kindle readership,” McClure continued.

The Kindle from Amazon is a new e-book reader that has been gaining popularity with an estimated 300,000 units sold to-date.
