Coveted award recognizes excellence in Sitecore customer’s delivery of effective, meaningful digital experiences across 23 categories

Now, in its sixth year, Sitecore Site of the Year recognizes the leading organizations who use Sitecore to create engaging, personalized digital experiences for every customer that engages with their brand across all channels. Sitecore’s experience platform combines best-in-class web content management with marketing automation, email marketing, social media, e-commerce, optimization, and analytics into a single, unified solution. Sitecore judges considered creativity in the use of Sitecore to deliver outstanding and transformative business results, integration with applications, multichannel engagement and overall site experience.

This year’s awards feature a record number of categories, with Sitecore customers and solution partners battling over a total of twenty-three awards. This includes five new marketing specialist categories, two business results categories, the People’s Choice award voted by the public and the overall Sitecore Site of the Year North America Award.
Mayo Clinic and implementation partner Avanade picked up top honors as the overall 2013 North America Site of the Year winners.

Dustland claimed this year’s Sitecore North America People’s Choice award after receiving the most votes for their site compared to 48 other competing websites vying for votes in a competition hosted on the Sitecore Facebook page.
