SMC Software’s First Annual Client User Conference an Unqualified Success

SMC Software, Inc. held its 1st Annual Client User Conference designed specifically for its off-airport parking clients from all across the US in Tampa, Florida – January 18th – 19th.

Tampa, Florida, United States., January 30, 2012 - (PressReleasePoint) - January 30, 2012 – SMC Software (SMC), a subsidiary company of Smart Marketing Concepts, Inc. held its 1^st Annual Client User Conference in Tampa, Florida – January 18^th – 19th. Designed specifically for off-airport parking operators, clients from all across the US attended this FREE two-day “educational” event to learn how to best leverage SMC’s technology to dominate their respective marketplace.
 
The conference began on Wednesday with a tour of Tampa’s premier off-airport parking facility (and SMC client) - A1 Express Airport Parking! Located immediately across from Tampa International Airport, the A1 Express facility which offers both self and valet, covered and uncovered parking and a variety of auto care services, provides an ideal “real time” working environment, and fully functional showcase for SMC’s innovative web-based Centralized Reservation System (CRS) and point-of-sale (POS) technologies.
A number of new and ground breaking enhancements were unveiled and demonstrated “live and in person” for the first time and generated a good bit of excited conversation at dinner that night. 
 
Thursday’s agenda included and array of presentations and interactive discussions on a number of topics such as:

·         Real-time Centralized Reservations Platform
·         Leveraging Point-of-Sale/Revenue Management System
·         Proven Methods to Capture Market Share
·         Controlling cost and Increasing Revenue
·         Systems Integration (License Plate Recognition, etc.)
