'Hello, this is Citroen Service in Richmond. You visited us last week. We would like to know if were happy with the service we have provided. Press 1 if you were happy, or press 2 if you were not.Press 9 to repeat this message.'

The recipient would listen to the message, and then press 1, or 2. The number pressed will later show up in the message status, so it will be easy for the sender to see and handle recipient's response.
