Kildare, Ireland. The annual Going for Growth National Forum takes place on the 24th and 25th of March and this year will feature SoftCo’s Executive Chairman Susan Spence. Susan joins other leading Irish female entrepreneurs who will address the conference.
Currently in its sixth cycle in Ireland, Going for Growth is supported and funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Department of Justice and Equality under the Equality for Women Measure 2010-2013, and by Enterprise Ireland under its Women 4 International Growth programme.
The focus of the National Forum is to bring all the participants together for networking and developmental workshops. The focus is firmly on the growth agenda. The female entrepreneurs attending will explore how they can further strengthen their enterprises in order to achieve their ambitious growth targets. The participants have set targets to achieve combined sales of €320 million and 1,400 employees over the next five years.
Going for Growth brings together successful and established business women as Lead Entrepreneurs, with women entrepreneurs whose businesses are at an earlier stage of their growth cycle. The leads act as role models and are happy to share their knowledge and experience on a completely voluntary basis.
