Softscape, an innovator powering complete people management solutions, today announced the appointment of seasoned sales leaders Joseph Gruttadauria as Executive Vice President Global Sales and Thomas Vitkofsky as Vice President North America Sales.

Wayland, Mass., USA – March 2, 2010 – Softscape, an innovator powering complete people management solutions, today announced the appointment of seasoned sales leaders Joseph Gruttadauria as Executive Vice President Global Sales and Thomas Vitkofsky as Vice President North America Sales. The addition of Gruttadauria and Vitkofsky will further expand global sales operations and accelerate the company’s market momentum.

Joseph Gruttadauria brings nearly 30 years of software experience holding leadership roles in both sales and services throughout his career. Gruttadauria comes to Softscape from Oracle where he lead the UPK Sales team in North America since 2005. Prior to Oracle, Gruttadauria was a founding member of the management team at Centra Software, and for over 7 years provided high growth leadership for both EMEA operations as well as professional services. Prior to Centra, Gruttadauria worked at SAP America holding the position of Managing Director of Customer Services, where he built and managed the customer service and support organization. During his career at SAP, Gruttadauria was a member of the executive management team responsible for guiding SAP through their expansive growth in the Americas. Before joining SAP America, Gruttadauria was Vice President of Services and Operations for SoftSwitch, a division of IBM.

Thomas Vitkofsky is the Vice President of Sales responsible for managing new customer acquisition strategies and sales execution in North America. Vitkofsky brings a wealth of experience in global HR and Talent Management software deployments, and offers customers deep domain expertise in Talent Acquisition strategies. Prior to joining Softscape, Vitkofsky held senior sales leadership roles at BrassRing and Kenexa.
