With its brands, Hansgrohe is really making its presence felt all around the globe. In 2014, the bathroom and shower specialist from the Black Forest is taking part in around 30 trade fairs, demonstrating its international focus.
In the run up to the regional sanitation trade fair SHK Essen 2014 (March 12-15, 2014), it is worth taking a glance beyond the national borders: Between Milan, Moscow, Los Angeles and Shanghai, the events are easily accessible to end customers, not to mention numerous specialist partners, planners and architects, all of whom are able to come and check out the company and its brands.
During the first half of the year, one of the highlights is the company's attendance at the Milan Furniture Fair, which, in conjunction with the Salone del Bagno 2014, also provides a showcase for new bathroom products. The event, held at the ultra-modern exhibition site in the western part of the Italian city, attracts considerable attention within the international design scene. Axor®, the designer brand of Hansgrohe SE, will be using the Salone to present its new products. In early April end consumers, as well as architects, expert planners and dealers, will all be coming to Milan to check out the trends. The same can be said for the MosBuild trade fair, which takes place shortly afterwards in Moscow, and then the HD expo event four weeks later in the USA. This innovation showcase for hotel and restaurant equipment takes place in Las Vegas – not surprisingly, at an expo and conference centre with adjoining casino and hotel.
Newly-industrialized countries increasingly important for Hansgrohe
Hansgrohe is also active in Central and South America: Trade fairs in Sao Paulo (Brazil) and in Mexico City are already scheduled for the spring and autumn. They demonstrate how newly-industrialized countries are becoming increasingly important for the sanitation specialists from Schiltach. One newcomer to the Hansgrohe trade fair calendar is the Figabat in Gabon, West Africa, which, together with the Carthage construction fair in Tunis (Tunisia), underlines the company's commitment to the African continent. In 2014 an event is scheduled in Dubai (UAE), at the crossroads to Asia. Other events will take the company to Singapore, Shanghai (China) and Mumbai (India).
