The Feria del Toro, the Festival of the Bull, is a tradition dating back hundreds of years and includes the legendary “Running of the Bulls”, the encierro”, which was first introduced to the world in Ernest Hemingway’s classic 1926 novel, The Sun Also Rises (Fiesta).
