In its 2010 Professional Services Maturity Model Benchmark, SPI Research, an independent research and consulting firm, published findings based on an analysis of 225 participating service organizations. Fifteen firms (7%) significantly outperformed the benchmark average by excelling in all five service performance dimensions – Vision and Strategy, Finance and Operations, Human Capital Alignment, Service Execution and Client Relationships. Accruent was named one of the “Top Fifteen” service organizations that distinguished themselves as the “Best of the Best”, and placed third overall.
