Stoel Rives LLP is pleased to announce that Kristina M. Ash, Sarah I. Hale and M. Rachel Hoffman have joined its Seattle office as associates.
Seattle, WA - March 21, 2011 - PressReleasePoint. Stoel Rives LLP, a full-service U.S. business law firm, is pleased to announce that Kristina M. Ash, Sarah I. Hale and M. Rachel Hoffman have joined the firm as associates in the Seattle office.
Ash is an associate in the Wealth Management group. She is experienced in the development of estate plans and also has experience in a variety of U.S./Canada cross-border issues including estate, tax, expatriation and property matters.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Ash was an international U.S. tax associate at Moodys LLP Tax Advisors in Calgary, Alberta. She is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law (LL.M., Taxation, 2009; J.D., 2005) and Arizona State University (B.A., 1998, cum laude) and is admitted only in the state of Illinois.
Hale is an associate in the Litigation group. She has experience representing municipalities and other public entities in civil matters including environmental, land use, Indian, administrative, appellate and employment law.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Hale was an associate for the Seattle law firm Dionne & Rorick. She is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law (J.D., 2007) and the University of Oregon (M.A., History, 2002) and is admitted to the state bar of Washington.
Hoffman is an associate in the Environment, Land Use and Natural Resources group. Before joining Stoel Rives, she was a lease administration assistant for Nike, Inc.
Hoffman is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School (J.D., 2010, cum laude) where she earned a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. While there, she served on the editorial board of Environmental Law, the nation's oldest law review dedicated solely to environmental issues. Hoffman received her B.S. with honors from Tulane University in Environmental Engineering (2006) and is admitted only in the state of Oregon.
