Butcher in Sacramento called Stratus Building Solutions of Northern California, LLC.

Mr. Butcher was previously Founder and CEO of Apex Medical Waste Service Corporation, where he developed a customer base of more than 2,000 accounts within five years. His previous experience also includes corporate management positions with leading companies in California. Mr. Butcher earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Management from Chico State University in Chico, California.

Financial terms of the agreement with Stratus Building Solutions of Northern California were not disclosed.
