Mr. Potts was asked to represent successful local small business owners after The White House contacted the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce looking for entrepreneurs to appear with the President during his town hall meeting.

August 6, 2009, Raleigh, North Carolina…Stratus Building Solutions Master Franchisor Jason Potts represented the interests of small business owners during the recent visit by U.S. President Barack Obama to Raleigh, North Carolina where Potts operates a fast-growing building services and maintenance franchise.

Potts with President Obama appeared live on global TV and in newspaper photos worldwide. Potts operates a successful Stratus Building Solutions Master Franchise that has established 68 Stratus Building Solutions unit franchises and created scores of new jobs since he opened the Raleigh-based business in July 2008.

Potts was asked to represent successful local small business owners after The White House contacted the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to appear with the President during his town hall meeting at Broughton High School.

“Being with the President of the United States was a great honor and the experience of a lifetime,” says Potts, who was carefully frisked by the President’s Secret Service detail before taking a seat six feet from Obama for his 30-minute speech discussing economic and healthcare issues. More than 2,000 people were present in the high school gymnasium.
