Over 125 Students who have been registered at the recently held job Mela organized by the Govt of Nagaland have successfully started their 6 month long skills training in Beauty and Wellness at the O2 Academy
City, State, India., February 27, 2014 - (PressReleasePoint) - Over 125 Students who have been registered at the recently held job Mela organized by the Govt of Nagaland have successfully started their 6 month long skills training in Beauty and Wellness at the O2 Academy, Hyderabad. The training is being sponsored by Ministry of Labor and Employment, Govt. of India under the SDI Scheme (Skills Development Initiative) to provide employment opportunity to the educated unemployed youth of the country especially the youth of Northeast India.
While addressing the groups of students before leaving Nagaland, the Additional Director of employment & Craftsmen training, Kohima Mr. Vandanshan Lotha had expressed his joy and appreciated the students for taking great interest and participating in this six month long job oriented skills training program. Mr. Vandanshan encouraged the groups to take this opportunity seriously and build their career in life so that they can support themselves and also their families. The govt. of Nagaland is fully behind this program to be successfully implemented.
During the interaction, Mr. Lezo, one of the team leaders from Youth Net organization motivated the groups of students to take up the challenges in life and live a better life. He also encouraged the students to take up this training seriously in Beauty and wellness which is one of the fastest growing industries with future for younger generation today.
Human Resource Executive, Mr. Mathew Dangmei who facilitated the event highlighted briefly on the process of mobilizing the students and also the program. He had also briefed the students on the o2 Spa & its academy which is in Hyderabad with over 10 Acres with 1Lakhs square feet of facility with integrated Hostel, Computer Labs, Hair & Beauty Labs and facilities such as basketball court, Shuttle court, Carom boards, Chess etc, with dedicated professional strainers.
