Studley Lures Real Estate Veteran Russell Sampson to Firm's Tampa Office
Tampa, FL(June 19, 2009) - International commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that commercial real estate veteran Russell Sampson has joined its Tampa, Florida office as a senior managing director.
Sampson, who brings 30 years of commercial real estate experience to Studley, is an expert in office and industrial development and leasing and investment sales. He has negotiated more than 5 million square feet of notable transactions throughout the state of Florida.
At Studley, he will help to enhance the firm’s existing client base and will focus on projects within the Florida marketplace across a diverse array of client sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Sampson was an executive vice president and director of brokerage services at Colliers Arnold, where he managed personnel and specialized in industrial and office business development throughout Florida’s central, west coast and southwest markets.
In addition to Colliers Arnold, he has worked for some of the nation’s largest real estate advisory firms, including Insigina/ESG, Echelon, Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage and Cushman & Wakefield.

Some of Sampson’s notable transactions include the sale of the Centers of Feather Sound office building (85,000+ square feet), the Catalina Marketing build-to-suit/sale in Carillon (150,000+ square feet), Coca Cola Enterprises in Lakeland (43,000+ square feet) Goldstar Bank (20,000 square feet), American Momentum Bank (21,000 square feet) and Colonial Bank (37,035 square feet).
Sampson’s dedication extends beyond his clients and into his local community. He is the co-founder of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) and past president of NAIOP’s Tampa Bay Chapter and Leadership Tampa Bay through the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce.
Sampson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.
