Studley's Ryan Nunes Appointed to Childhelp's Greater Washington Area Advisory Board

McLean, VA(April 16, 2009) - International commercial real estate services firm Studley is pleased to announce that Assistant Director Ryan Nunes has been appointed to the Greater Washington Area Advisory Board of Childhelp, succeeding long-time Studley board member Adam Singer. Childhelp is a leading national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping victims of child abuse and neglect.
The organization’s approach focuses on prevention, intervention and treatment. Childhelp operates the National Child Abuse Hotline, 1-800-4-A-CHILD, a 24-hour hotline which receives calls from throughout the United States, Canada, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam. Nunes joined Studley in 2006 with a marketing and finance background. Since then he has created financial models and cost analysis for real estate projects throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area and United States. His specialties include headquarters relocation assignments and the consolidation of multiple facilities.
His appointment continues Studley’s long-standing commitment to community service. In 2008, Nunes and Singer assisted Childhelp with relocating its Northern Virginia Advocacy Center to its current location on Waples Mill Road in Fairfax. As a board member, Mr. Nunes will be responsible for recruiting new board members and assisting in the organization’s fundraising efforts.
