Attenda improves its performance in the 5th year of entry by jumping to 35th place in the Top 100

London - March 07, 2013 - Attenda Limited, the Business Critical IT company, today announced that it has been ranked 35th in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for 2013.

Attenda was recognised at the prestigious Sunday Times Best Companies Award Ceremony in London on 1st March. The accolade comes in addition to Attenda's Two Star Best Companies Outstanding Award. Attenda has been ranked 35th in the Top 100, which is a significant leap forward to the previous four years, when although improving its position year on year; Attenda has previously hovered outside of the Top 100.

Attenda's organic growth programme has always focused on employing the very best people, processes and technology; investing in the wellbeing and motivation of its employees, with a mission to create a work ethic and culture which is both stimulating and rewarding. The latest Best Companies Award is testament to the loyalty, dedication and commitment of all of the staff.

Commenting on the Award, Mark Fowle, CEO, Attenda, says, "We are delighted to have received this external validation of the motivation and commitment of our employees. They are our most valuable asset and work relentlessly to ensure that we continue to deliver peace of mind for our Clients."

In June last year, Attenda opened a new satellite office in Caerphilly, South Wales, as an integral part of its planned business expansion program. Wales was chosen because of the availability of a workforce with the relevant skills and a business environment where they can flourish; supported by a grant from the Welsh Government to help secure these jobs for Wales.

Further, the company has recently launched its Attenda Extreme initiative, with two parallel and supporting themes - Extreme Charity and Extreme Endeavour- both themes embracing Extreme challenges. Attenda Extreme aims to realise the collective efforts of many resources, encourage and foster long lasting relationships with selected causes and provide memories of achieving Extreme challenges and provide people with a chance to make a real, substantial, positive difference. The chosen Attenda Extreme Charity for 2013 is Kids Company (Kidsco) and the first Attenda Extreme Challenge is the Rolex Fastnet Race 2013 in August.
