Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions, SKL (SALAR), has signed an agreement with Tieto Sweden AB regarding document and case management. The contract is for four years with an option for an additional year.
The new agreement includes services regarding business support (system for document and case management), implementation support as well as operational support. Tieto will deliver a Saas solution and help SKL to define their processes for case management.
- Some core processes currently lack IT support and automated functions and there is a great need to modernize the IT solution for document and workflow management. We look forward to offer the solution to all of our employees at SKL” says Lena Dahl, Head of Administration.
Current systems will be replaced by a modern, shared IT solution for document and workflow management. The service will be able to support several of SKL´s case processes and will also make it easier to search and find documents.
- We are happy to see that Tieto´s investment in document and case management continues to have this kind of impact and we look forward helping SKL to modernize their IT support within this area, says Marc Simon, Senior Sales Manager at Tieto ECM.
