Synygy Selected by Global Banking Giant for Sales Performance Management (SPM) Software and Services
SPM leader to create global sales performance management infrastructure for European private banking division
Synygy Inc., the largest and most experienced provider of sales performance management (SPM) solutions, today announced that it has been selected by a top-ten world bank to design and implement a global SPM solution in Europe to support its new model for driving sales performance in their private banking division.
Most large global banks lack a centralized way of managing sales efforts and results. This makes it difficult to uniformly assess and report on sales results and incentives to drive sales performance in branches across all countries and continents.
