HCI's Innovation Tour,Human Capital at the Helm: Talent Management as a Driver for Business Performance, will focus on tackling talent issues and exploring innovative initiatives to increase business performance. It will take place on Thurs., Oct. 23, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. CT at the Marriott West, 9960 Wayzata Blvd. in Minneapolis, Minn.; and again on Weds., Nov. 5, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. ET at the Fairmont Royal York, 100 Front St. W in Toronto, Ontario.
The networking and breakfast event will feature timely presentations on the next generation of talent management. In Minneapolis, featured presenters include Michelle Fernando, Manager, International Recruiter Technology, UnitedHealth Group Inc.; Judy Sweeney, Vice President and Head of Taleo Research, Taleo Corp.; and Brian Wilkerson, National Practice Director, Talent Management, Watson Wyatt Worldwide. At both locations, Taleo representatives will present results from a new Taleo/HCI multi-country survey that pinpoints talent management trends and forecasts.
