TeamHealth Expands Arizona Presence

February 06, 2013 (KNOXVILLE, Tenn.) Feb. 5, 2013 - TeamHealth has expanded its Arizona presence through the acquisition of Emergency Physicians Professional Association, Ltd., and Valley Emergency Physicians, Inc., groups that manage and staff five hospital emergency departments and two free-standing emergency care centers in Phoenix, Ariz., providing care to approximately 200,000 patients each year.
