Titian Software Expands Support and Development Teams
Support and service underpins success of Mosaic sample management software
Leading sample management software provider, Titian Software, has announced a significant expansion in its team of Application Support Engineers and Application Consultants. Bringing many years of experience from the pharma industry and other vendors, the new hires will enable Titian to continue to provide the highest level of specialist support for Mosaic sample management software, in both enterprise-wide and single-site customer installations.
Mosaic is now the sample management software of choice in 13 of the top 20 bio-pharma companies and Titian has backed up this success with a major investment in expertise. Industry consultants new to Titian include Toby Winchester and Paul Kay as Application Consultants, recruited from Pfizer and Merck respectively, together with David Booth, Regional Sales Manager for Europe, and Jim Young, Regional Sales Manager for US Mid-West, both from PerkinElmer. “We’re really pleased to have hired such recognised experts” said Titian’s CEO, Edmund Wilson. “Titian has always backed up our market-leading Mosaic software with a market-leading team. In fact we’ve grown our team by upwards of 25% over the last year, to support our expanding customer base.”
Mosaic software provides advanced enterprise-wide sample and compound management capabilities to life science research organisations and pharmaceutical research and development laboratories. Software modules also allow integration with automated stores and laboratory automation systems, compatibility with sample handling robotics, workflow management, ordering and inventory tracking.
