“We are very excited to see how implementing social media into our marketing and customer service efforts will turn out in the long run”, Kyle Renwick, a marketing specialist in charge of social media for THT explained”. “We hope to connect with our current and potential customers on a more personal and readily available basis. Through our social media platforms, we also want to educate people by publishing informational content that relates to our specific technologies and industries.”

In recent years, social media has grown from an obscure business practice to becoming an important aspect for marketing, customer service, and sales efforts in almost every industry. THT plans on using social media to build more healthy and reliable relationships, as well as, “humanize” Torrey Hills so to better connect with existing and potential customers. By being readily available through multiple platforms, THT hopes to use social media as a tool to create the highest quality of customer service and customer satisfaction.
