South San Francisco, CALIF., February 20, 2013 - Envivio (NASDAQ: ENVI), a leading provider of live and on-demand multi-screen IP video processing and delivery solutions, today announced that Totalplay Telecomunicaciones SA, a cable and IPTV service provider in Mexico, has deployed Envivio Muse™ encoders for its live and on-demand video services. Totalplay is a subsidiary of Grupo Salinas, a leading media and financial services company in Mexico.

Totalplay wanted to extend their channel lineup and improve video quality while reducing the space requirements in the headend. The software-based Muse encoders on the Envivio 4Caster™ Gen III platform offered a flexible solution with outstanding quality, density and reliability.
