The TAT’s popular medical tourism website has been online for about a year, and has proven itself to be a very useful resource to potential patients looking for quality medical treatment in Thailand.

The TAT’s popular medical tourism website,www.thailandmedtourism.com, has been online for about a year, and has proven itself to be a very useful resource to potential patients looking for quality medical treatment in Thailand.

Over 300 medical tourism-related providers have joined the site in this time, which has been viewed by more than 190,000 unique visitors.

Now, the TAT has gone even further by launching an iPhone application for mobile devices effective on 5 January 2012. The goal of this new app is to tap into the savvy iPhone-user market, seen as users also likely to consider the possibility of receiving quality medical care abroad.

The main menu leads to areas of core information, including Medical Providers: Hospitals, Spas, Specialist Clinics; Medical Treatments: General Treatments, Spas, Dermatology, Dental, Cosmetic, LASIK, and Check-up; and Destinations: the locations where you can find the relevant medical services and facilities.
