Operations Director Matt Train is excited about the event. “We are exhibiting at EGR live because we were impressed with the line-up of exhibitors and attendees and we know that E-Gaming Review has a respected position within this engaging growth industry”. Matt adds “I'm looking forward to sitting on the panel for a discussion about 'Glocalisation' - going global while fusing with local knowledge to get the best results”. Also on the panel are representatives for Internet giant Yahoo! and Domicillium, a key supplier of IT infrastructure to gaming companies. Gaming companies are increasingly interested in learning why it’s important to have experienced Translation partners that have the facilities in place to make having a global online presence as seamless as possible. Last year TranslateMedia’s dedicated gaming teams translated over 10 million words in over 20 languages.


Head of UK Production, Leona Frank, and Project Manager, Mercedes Vallina, who manage a number of key accounts for gaming companies, comment “We are constantly learning more about localising gaming content, and have been over the last three years - we've found it's particularly vital to have up to date local knowledge and content to engage each local audience, but each client also wants to maintain control of the central messages in their marketing. The blend is important and sometimes intricate to manage successfully”. TranslateMedia has developed specific service models for the increasing number of gaming companies broadening their user base in new markets, so that they can distinguish themselves from their competition by speaking the user's language, within brand guidelines, but adapting that voice and brand for each market. Leona and Mercedes commented that they are very much looking forward to meeting clients exhibiting at EGR, and continuing to be one step ahead of client needs and expectations.


Patrick Eve CEO, will also be at the event, directly after a weeklong UK Trade and Investment mission to Dubai, and is delighted that TranslateMedia are commercial partners to the event.
