The new application puts enterprise-class partner management within reach of companies starting a new partner program, and those who are building out more robust partner networks to sell, service and support their solutions. Built on Force.com, salesforce.com’s enterprise cloud computing platform for building employee-facing social apps, Reseller View PRM is immediately available for test drive and deployment on AppExchange at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange/.

 
TreeHouse Interactive’s Reseller View PRM is a complete partner management system available to those using the Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional Edition. PRM capabilities and the complete Reseller View PRM system from TreeHouse Interactive have, until now, been available in the enterprise and above editions of the Salesforce Sales Cloud only. Reseller View ties a fully customized partner portal with functionality such as deal registration, lead distribution, training and certification, dealer locator and more. Leads can be passed on to partners, and partners can submit deals for approval. Data flows seamlessly in real-time between the Sales Cloud Professional Edition and the Reseller View PRM portal.
 
Leading hosting provider Hostway is the first company to deploy Reseller View—launching its well-received partner program in early October. “When we set out to launch our partner program, we knew we wanted to build it on top of the Salesforce Sales Cloud we already had in place, yet really offer something special and unique to partners,” said Russell Griffin, director, channel programs, Hostway. “In addition to having a fully-customized, enterprise-class, password protected web portal, and key features like a partner locator and deal registration, TreeHouse Interactive’s Reseller View had the deep, custom capabilities we wanted to power our partner program.
