London 14th July 2009

Leading digital marketing agency True Digital has been chosen from five shortlisted agencies to redesign the look and feel of English Heritage’s web site.

The redesign will encompass the implementation of a new Content Management System and introduction of new functionality. True Digital will be working in close collaboration with English Heritages internal web team and selected partner agencies.

Fiona Higho, Head of Online Communications at English Heritage says: “True Digital showed a very good understanding of our brand and came up with some really creative ideas as part of their response to the tender process. Altogether, their conceptual thinking and creative design work put them ahead of the field.”

Fiona adds, “Developing the new site will be a very collaborative process and we were particularly impressed with True Digital’s track record of working with complex organisations where they had to take into account the views of a wide range of stakeholders.”

The new website will bring to life the breadth of English Heritages responsibilities from broadening public access to England’s heritage to promoting education and research.

Tim Jones, Director at True Digital, says, “The new site will be much more user centred and will include new functionality, reflecting the real potential of the digital channel, and the diverse requirements of their different audiences.”
