Tustin Web Marketing Firm Partners With Charity To Fund Cancer Research

Global Marketing Resources (GMR), a marketing consulting firm, has partnered with Kure It, a non-profit organization, whose mission is to raise money for research specialists involved in innovative projects to better treat and ultimately cure kidney-related diseases and cancer as well.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA, May 11, 2011 – Kure It Cancer Research and Global Marketing Resources (GMR), a marketing consulting firm in Southern California, have formed a partnership aimed at raising money for innovative cancer research.

GMR has committed to contributing a portion of all revenue for its services like local search engine marketing, website design and web maintenance from clients in the self-storage industry. Kure It has a strong connection to self-storage, having been founded by Barry Hoeven of Westport Properties, a Newport Beach-based company that owns or operates self-storage facilities throughout California, Arizona, and the East Coast.

Many facility owners, operators, and related businesses support Kure It through innovative programs and partnerships such as this, which will help Kure It reach its goal of being the charity of choice for the self-storage industry.

Funds contributed to Kure It are redirected to support groundbreaking, innovative research such as that being conducted at Cedars-Sinai’s Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute and City of Hope’s Beckman Research Institute.
