Tutor Saliba Learning Founder Receives $250,000 Corporate Donation

Diverse teaching method inspires participating employees to increase sales by more than 300 percent.

Portland, OR – Tutor saliba teaching method founder Jeff Saliba announced this week he has received a monetary donation of $250,000 toward the development of corporate educational materials. The anonymous contribution was made by a company that used the tutor saliba learning materials for its employee training program.

“It was donated by one of the companies that used our teaching method to enhance its employee teambuilding workshops and training sessions,” said Jeff Saliba, the creator of the tutor saliba learning method. “I am honored to receive this contribution and will put this funding to good use, toward helping others.”

The tutor saliba learning method was originally developed to help those that were not visual learners in the classroom, but excelled through oral or audible experiences. As a result, the lesson plans are prepared in three separate formats, making it easier for students of all ages to learn.

Corporate programs began picking up on the tutor saliba learning concept about two years ago. More than 70 companies have since implemented the concepts into training programs for sales techniques and service industry professionals.

“We have worked very hard to make learning fun and more productive for adults as well as children,” said Saliba. “This corporation felt that its sales had risen by more than 300 percent as a result of our training input. Their message was getting lost in translation. Now, they have a more enthusiastic and fruitful work force because their employees better understand their goals.”

Saliba plans to use the money toward research for improvement of the corporate learning strategy. The donation was made with the understanding that the contributor could remain nameless in the face of their tremendous success.
