Network Expands Marketing Leadership Team in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES – May 19, 2014 – TVGN today announced that it has expanded its marketing team with the immediate appointment of Melissa Stone Mangham as Vice President, Marketing and Brand Strategy and Rich Browd as Vice President, Creative Director. Stone Mangham and Browd, who most recently served in senior marketing roles at NBC Universal Cable Entertainment and MTV Networks respectively, will be based in Los Angeles reporting to Nicole Sabatini, TVGN’s Senior Vice President, Marketing.

Stone Mangham joins TVGN from NBC Universal Cable Entertainment’s Style Network, where she served as Vice President, Consumer Marketing and Partnerships. During her 10-year tenure at Style, she guided the strategy and execution for more than 60 show launches while building the network’s brand through all areas of marketing, including on-air, online, off-network media and strategic partnerships. Previously, Stone Mangham was Editorial Director at E!, Director, On-Air and On-Line Promotion at Oxygen Media, and Manager, Affiliate Marketing and Promotion for ABC Television Network. She started her career in television at FOX 53 and WB22 in Pittsburgh and is a graduate of Penn State.

 

Browd spent 12 years at MTV Networks in New York, where he most recently served as Senior Art Director. At MTV, he started in consumer products, moved on to create the “The How To Show” and most recently worked on launch campaigns for the network’s top priorities across multiple platforms. A top 10 graduate of the School of Visual Arts, Browd has received numerous awards from Promax/BDA, Art Directors Club, Communication Arts, One Show, Creativity Annual and Buzz Media. Browd and his team also received an Emmy® Nomination for the 2013 MTV VMA spot featuring Katy Perry.
